Returns and Customer Satisfaction
If there's an issue with the received product or if your delivery doesn't match your order, please contact our customer service at hello@richardgelding.com. When reaching out, provide as much detail as possible, including your order number and a photo if there's a problem with the product.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product in its original, intact packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Richard Gelding will refund the product's value, excluding the original shipping cost.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying return shipping to Richard Gelding. When doing so please email us any tracking information you may have.
For a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
Richard Gelding we upload items as accurately as possible. However, due to varying device displays, we can't guarantee that the colours you see exactly match the product.
- Ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. Both the packaging and the product should be undamaged. Failing to meet these conditions might make you ineligible for a refund.
- Returns not adhering to our policy won't be accepted and will be returned to you.
- When returning shoes, include all related items, such as the dust bag and box. When trying them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
- For underwear and swimwear, try them on over your own underwear.
- Goods are deemed faulty if they aren't of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. However, items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse aren't considered faulty.
- We prioritize your satisfaction and are committed to assisting you with any concerns or issues related to your purchase.
DUTIES AND TARIFFS
Regarding the USA duties, items will be sent DDP so there are no extra charges that are not seen when checking out your online basket.
These duties however cannot be returned to you if an item is sent back as that falls outside the remit of eligible returns due to governing policies.
SALE ITEMS RETURNS
Any products that are marked down below 40% are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Markdowns of 40% or more are final sale and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
No exceptions.
Certain sales/promotions are subject to their own return policies.
