Shipping & Delivery

At Richard Gelding, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience that reflects the premium nature of our garments. We partner with established logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

1. Shipping Destinations & Partners

We ship globally from our London boutique. Our shipping partners are selected for their reliability and expertise in handling luxury menswear:

• United Kingdom: Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DHL.
• International: All international orders are dispatched via DHL Express.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email once your items have been collected by our courier.

2. Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Region

To make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible, we ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to the following region:

• United States of America

For our customers in the USA, the price you see at checkout is the final price. All applicable import duties and local taxes are calculated and included in your order total. You will not receive any additional bills from the courier for the release of your package. Please note that these duties are collected by the US government and are non-refundable in the event of a return.

3. International Shipping (DAP – EEA & Rest of World)

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the Rest of the World, orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

This means your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

4. Order Dispatch & Tracking

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days.

• Once your order has been collected, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
• Most UK and International deliveries arrive within 1 to 4 business days following dispatch.

5. Signature & Responsibility

To ensure the security of your purchase, all Richard Gelding deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you choose to waive the signature requirement via the courier’s own portal, you acknowledge and agree that Richard Gelding cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur after the delivery has been made.

6. Click & Collect

If you are local to London, we offer a complimentary Click & Collect service from our boutique at 27 North Audley Street, Mayfair. Simply select this option at checkout, and we will notify you via hello@richardgelding.com as soon as your items are ready for collection.
